Arun has 13 years experience in IT Staffing. His experience spans recruiting to marketing of services. As Senior Manager – Client Relationship & Delivery he closely works with the client and our delivery teams to deliver the professionals that clients need. He actively helps sales team in RFPs.
Arun works as an interface between the multiple clients and Internal Delivery team. He leads a team of three account manager with about 30 recruiters and is responsible for their overall quality, delivery and performance.
